Terms of Service
These Terms govern access to Top100Go, publication of entries and payment-based ranking.
Operator and acceptance
Operator: Michal Lange. Postal address: Kasparstrasse 15, 3027 Bern, Switzerland. Contact: contact@top100go.com. By submitting an entry or making a payment, you accept these Terms and linked policies.
Eligibility and service
You must be able to enter a binding agreement and have authority to represent every submitted person, brand or organization. Top100Go sells public participation and ranking visibility; it is not an investment, deposit, donation or promise of return.
Dynamic ranking
Positions depend on confirmed cumulative payments and may change after later payments, refunds, disputes, moderation or corrections. No permanent position is guaranteed.
Your content
You keep ownership and grant Top100Go a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, resize, moderate, display and promote submitted material. You confirm that you hold all necessary rights.
Payments and refunds
The amount and currency are shown before Stripe Checkout. The Refund Policy forms part of these Terms. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Chargebacks and account termination
Starting a chargeback immediately suspends the account and removes its entry from the public ranking. If the payment is reversed or the dispute is not resolved in Top100Go's favour, the account is terminated, its management link is revoked and the public entry is deleted. Transaction records may be retained where required for accounting, fraud prevention or legal claims. This does not restrict the right to dispute an unauthorized payment or any mandatory consumer right.
Acceptable use and moderation
Do not manipulate payments, rankings or reports, probe security, impersonate others, or publish unlawful, deceptive or infringing material. Top100Go may reject, hide, suspend or remove content and accounts to enforce these rules.
Availability and liability
The service may change or be interrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Top100Go is not liable for indirect loss, third-party content or ranking changes. Liability that cannot legally be excluded remains unaffected.
