Payments & contributions
A contribution purchases participation and ranking visibility on Top100Go.
Before checkout
The amount, currency and entry receiving the contribution are shown before you leave for Stripe Checkout.
Processing
Stripe processes card details and returns a payment result. Top100Go never stores full card numbers or card security codes.
When totals change
A ranking total changes only after server-side confirmation. Pending, failed or abandoned payments do not count.
Receipts and taxes
Receipts are provided through the configured payment flow. The operator must configure applicable tax treatment and business details before launch.
Reversals
Refunded, reversed or disputed payments may be deducted from the public total and can change an entry's position.
Help
For duplicate charges, an unknown payment or a missing contribution, contact contact@top100go.com with the date, amount and entry link. Do not send full card details.
