This policy explains what Top100Go processes, why it is needed and the choices available to you.

Information you provide
We process your email address, display name, message, uploaded image, contribution amount, support messages and reports. Private management tokens are stored only as cryptographic hashes.
Automatically generated data
We may process payment references, moderation results, entry versions, timestamps, security events and a salted hash of an IP address used for abuse prevention.
Public information
Your display name, message, image, confirmed total and ranking position are public. Your email address, management link and payment identifiers are not public.
Purposes
We use data to operate the leaderboard, validate and publish entries, process payments, provide editing access, investigate reports, prevent abuse and meet accounting or legal obligations.
Service providers
Stripe processes checkout and payment data. OpenAI may process submitted text and images for safety moderation when configured. Hosting, database, storage and email providers process data only as needed to deliver the service.
International transfers
Some providers may process data outside your country. The operator must document destinations and applicable safeguards before launch.
Retention
Entry and transaction records are retained while the entry is active and for the period needed for disputes, accounting, security and legal obligations. Rejected uploads and expired access links should be removed on documented schedules.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability. You may also complain to the competent data-protection authority.
